Where is Boulder Creek? Top

• Boulder Creek in located in the heart of the Santa Cruz Mountains on Highway 9. Always check the weather during winter.

• One can either take Highway 9 from Saratoga or from Santa Cruz. The 'fastest' way is to take Bear Creek Road from Highway 17 directly into Boulder Creek (Bear Creek Road is a mountainous curvy road - good suspension is recommended) until you reach Highway 9 (Boulder Creek) and then turn left.

• The easiest way  is to take Mt. Hermon Road in Scotts Valley to Graham Hill Road, turn right into Felton and turn right on Highway 9 up about 7 miles or so. Following signs to Big Basin State Park can help.
